By downloading or using any app or website published by OdysseyX LLC ("OdysseyX"), you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's standard end-user license terms also apply.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your own purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute them except as permitted by law.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OdysseyX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
We may update an app or these terms at any time, and may discontinue an app with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
